This class is specifically designed for Program Managers who wish to become PgMP certified. However, we welcome all those who wish to learn and want to take this training.SmartPath LLC feels that you will benefit more from this training if you have a PMP(R) Certification background in the form of training, or the credential, or prior credential, or if you're actively engaged in keeping up with industry best practices in project management.
Online Instructor Led Learning - Six Sigma Yellow Belt
Six Sigma Yellow belt training provides a broad understanding of Six Sigma and lean methodologies. In this training the participants learn, understand and use basic tools for process improvement. You will need some algebra. This class is exam-focused so you can gain the skills you need to pass the ASQ Yellow Belt Certification Exam. PMI PDU Item # is SSYB-2. The SSYB exam and ASQ fees are not included in the price.
Online Instructor Led Learning - Six Sigma Green Belt
The participants may attend to learn, or have the desire to take the certification exam. We prepare you to take the SSGB exam. Some training companies do not give you the preparation you need to pass the ASQ Exam. This is an open book exam but practice is very important. Note: This class requires Statistical Math for Six Sigma. There's a lot of math in the Six Sigma Green Belt Class. While you will use a scientific calculator you need to understand what you are calculating.
