The workflows provide visual insight into the flows, connectivity, and dependencies in processes for managing a project from start to end. A project manager can see what processes need to be performed in any of the subject areas while managing a project. The workflows provide a visual checklist to show what process may have been missed, or needs to be revisited, or needs output refinements in various situations that may arise in project management.
